Hello Penguins!
There's been a TON of question about what's coming for Operation Blackout. And with only a few days left, the one we hear the most is "Will we be able to meet Herbert?"
And the answer is "YES!" For the very first time Herbert P. Bear will be walking around the island. You'll have a chance to meet him - just watch out for his snowballs.
Stay tuned to the blog and we'll update you with some times and servers where he'll show up.

IDK where he is but in the picture it looks like he is in a place not a lot of penguins so... :-/ But on the brighter side, we have a party and it dosen't matter whether you meet him or not as long as you have friends. :D Anyway, if you want to find him, the best luck you will have is to go to penguintracker.com and try to find when he'll be in club penguin, what server he will be in, and where to find him. You can also go to that website to find out how to get through the obstacles and secrets. Plus, you can find out if Jet Pack Guy or Rookie will be on CP by going to that website.
