Well.. It looks a lot like the coffee shop! Because if you look towards the bottom right of the screen you will notice lines that almost look like stairs. Then you can infer it's the coffee shop because the coffee shop is the only shop with a register that has stairs. This is only what I think It may be wrong..

It seems to be some Hollywood party style mixture of the Coffee Shop, the Night Club, and the Pizza Parlor. It seems like all of those but put into one, it could be exclusive to non members like in the Ultimate Music Jam 2012 where there was a backstage place only exclusive to members.

I think this looks like a restaraunt. :) In the Penguin Play Awards we had a restaraunt in the Pizza Parlor for penguins to eat. This could be something similar!
It's going to be cool getting star treatment, but then everyone's going to get star treatment! Club Penguin has exceeded my standards with parties this year, last year, you were a BIT lazy, but you were only getting started for what came at the end of 2012 (Operation Blackout, Arctic White, new Halloween Party, etc.), and now 2013, you're going the extra mile to make things better for us penguins. We appreciate the hard time and work you spend to give us a great time online! Thanks for being such awesome people, CP!
It actually looks like the inside of some food truck!! That looks awesome because Hollywood really does have trucks that sell delicious food all over the place!

I think it is the Pizza Place! I had a great idea! Ok, it is a theater (Stage) With a lobby. Here is what I think the loby should look like... Ok , at the door is tight ropes and a red carpet. Then there is a counter with a popcorn machine, an drink machine, and a cash register. Also I want windows on the left (I forgot to say that everything else is on the right.)And there will be stairs going up to where the entrances are to the movies. One is a dinosaur movie, and one is a Shadow Boy and Gamma Gal movie! Now for the out side... Witch has movie posters on the left and right of the door, and a ticket both. Now the room with the dinosaur movie... Ok, There is a red carpet going down the middle, and 6 rows of seats on the left and right. And it will show a little of the projector. And the same thing for the other but it is a superhero movie.
That's all! I had to get it to the point so you know what to make.

I think that it could be the area where the award ceremony is for the oscars. Will there be an awrds day on club penguin where all the famous penguins of Club penguin meet and announce some awards for penguin's around the world?
The chair arrangements and all make it look like a eating area ..... perhaps it's a cafeteria or something and it'll be placed in the coffee shop maybe or maybe not . What ever it is I hope we can eat food there, it would be cool if we could get free food to carry around as an item for 5 minutes or something before it would disappear with coding somewhat similar to how members could become dinosaurs; or toy cars during the holiday party!! that way I could say buy a pizza box and carry it around CP as a hand item toll I log off or eat it or till 10 minutes or something.

hello guys I'm gonna be at the party this place is the coffee shop
I think it is the Pizza Place! I had a great idea! Ok, it is a theater (Stage) With a lobby. Here is what I think the loby should look like... Ok , at the door is tight ropes and a red carpet. Then there is a counter with a popcorn machine, an drink machine, and a cash register. Also I want windows on the left (I forgot to say that everything else is on the right.)And there will be stairs going up to where the entrances are to the movies. One is a dinosaur movie, and one is a Shadow Boy and Gamma Gal movie! Now for the out side... Witch has movie posters on the left and right of the door, and a ticket both. Now the room with the dinosaur movie... Ok, There is a red carpet going down the middle, and 6 rows of seats on the left and right. And it will show a little of the projector. And the same thing for the other but it is a superhero movie.
That's all! I had to get it to the point so you know what to make.

Hey Guys! I am soooo pumped about this Party! I think it is like a Club. Cause there is a turntable and speakers on the left, and there are tables with seats in the middle left, there is a place where you order food in the middle, and there is a big couch on the right. So yeah... I think it is a club of some kind!

The chair arrangements and all make it look like a eating area ..... perhaps it's a cafeteria or something and it'll be placed in the coffee shop maybe or maybe not . What ever it is I hope we can eat food there, it would be cool if we could get free food to carry around as an item for 5 minutes or something before it would disappear with coding somewhat similar to how members could become dinosaurs; or toy cars during the holiday party!! that way I could say buy a pizza box and carry it around CP as a hand item toll I log off or eat it or till 10 minutes or something.
